Just seen that he was on the Hearts board in 1989. Seems a bit strange. I thought he was a Rangers fan from a child.

Parks of Hamilton have been a major company in these parts for well over 50 years.Probably hadn't made his money and fancied some experience with a long term goal of ending up at his club.
