Duff and Duffer trial

Yet another fiasco surrounding the Rangers related witch-hunt

Wonder when Mulholland will be forced under oath what his motives were for these malicious arrests and charges that cannot be substantiated?

If Ahmad gets anything near £60m in damages then a public inquiry has to be set up to get to the truth

Far too many errors and it all goes back to Lloyds and HMRC and who was pushing for a draconian stance on the EBTs etc

This scandal really is full of corruption and malpractice but the guilty parties are getting away with it and some are getting huge compensation payments

Mulholland definitely needs interviewed under caution for his involvement and the likes of John Reid too

It’s a disgrace the way the entire situation has been handled and no one has been found guilty or others who instigated the entire shitshow have been outed for their involvement

If John Reid was involved in this then he is well well hidden in the shadow of the shadows - there is no chance of getting him. Why Lloyds and HMRC came to the decisions they did needs to be investigated but will never happen.

Would be interesting going through all the stuff that was posted online at the time - although there would be a job separating the genuine stuff from the bullshit.

Glad to see this guy receive nothing and he, himself, likely face an exorbitant legal bill.

It was he who advised Whyte regarding our takeover and train wrecking Rangers through a range of insolvency scenarios along with corrupt lawyer Gary Withey, now deceased, of Collyer Bristow, with his proof of funds letter when there were none.

That Whyte got off with this is to the shame of the Scottish Legal System, if ever there was a 'slam, dunk' case of financial fraud, this was it.

Not that in the Republic of Scotland there was any desire to see Whyte convicted though, the train wrecking of Rangers suited so many people of influence whether they be from a nearby football rival or within politics.

How many Hospitals, Schools etc etc could have been built with all that taxpayers cash ?
No outcry from the usual places ?
no ?
anyone ?
All that time, effort and money trying to murder an institution out of sheer hatred and envy.
Is someway they have murdered an institution we have never been the same since , I remember some years ago that the Lurgan bigot said it will take Rangers 20years to get back from where they are in financial terms , that statement always stays with me .
