They are in admin but i dont think it will affect their claim against us.

Administrators will be bound to see it through to try and recoup money for the creditors.

This 9.5m case sounds like sheer desperation in an effort to stay afloat.

This will likely result in further claims against us that the alleged money we owe has caused this so it will knowing our board and legal team end up a 19.5 million claim

Recoup the money for them you mean? As in, ‘we will string this admin out until there’s no money in the pot’.
