I unticked the box in preferences but I am still receiving emails from threads I post in How to stop this? Cheers

It's the threads that you posted in before unticking the box that are emailing you

The threads that you're watching will have glasses beside the topics. Click on the topic, scroll to top of page and hit 'Unwatch Thread'

Remember to press 'save changes' your preferences and alerts, otherwise it doesn't save.
