OK, assuming the seemingly inevitable happens and Pedro goes, we need money to get rid of him, we need money for a new manager and I assume we need money for players in January. I am getting to the stage where I am completely lost in the King / Ashley / 3 Bears / City regulators / loans / share platforms etc etc etc.

I’m not asking people IF they would invest, I’m trying to get my head round whether the club are in a position for a share issue ? I know some people would not invest any further and would see their shareholding diluted, but there are probably many who would. As I see it it’s an “easy” way to raise capital, but is it ? Its been mentioned many times before but what, if anything, is stopping it happening at this time ?

I don`t we`re in a position yet as resolution 11 (I think) at the AGM hasn`t been passed though expect it to go through this time.

OK. I kind of thought that was the case. Need an AGM to get things moving

Can't have share issue and fans have not yet been asked to contribute, so...we go on as we do now: small loans.
