FA cup tonight

Howler from keeper 1-0 Spurs
Then 2-0

Lo celso just ran into the box, threw himself. Down holding his face

VAR - no penalty
But given that it showed no contact with his gave - surely he should be booked for simulation?

VAR cannot ‘give’ bookings as far as I’m aware. Only red cards.
For something like that it should
Was embarrassing

BBC commentators waxing lyrical about Spurs

Reality is they are 2 up due to a howler from the Boro keeper (who seems intent on making more) and two smart saves by gazzaniga

Would be akin to us doing that against Queen of the South - We'd be slaughtered

Watched first half, Boro were so naive. Thought they had a real chance tonight but they blew it for themselves.

Also, WTF were Rochdale doing for that third goal for Newcastle? Had about 5 chances to clear it.

Just in from white Hart Lane or whatever its called now. Spurs distinctly average at the back but look dangerous going forward, really flowing football. Stadium very impressive too

Recently teams caught out fuukin about at the back and endin up wi the goalkeeper making a cuunt of the clearance leading to a goal.

Some just ain't heeding the warning.

what got me was that after the blunder he continued to do it - ok
but he was flirting with disaster time and time again and still persisted
