Feyenoord fined by UEFA

Feyenoord has been penalized again by the 'UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary body'. The European Football Association has fined the club, following events surrounding the home game against Rangers FC and the away match against FC Porto in the Europa League this season.
The fine for Feyenoord - Rangers FC on Thursday 28 November amounts to a total of € 22,500. This is due to the blocking of stairs by supporters (€ 18,000) and the lighting of fireworks in the stands, which costs the club an amount of € 4,250.
An additional fine of € 8,000 has been added to this, as a result of vandalism caused by Feyenoord supporters around the match with FC Porto on Thursday 12 December. In addition, the club must compensate FC Porto for the damage caused by this

How Legia got away with their flare fest is quite incredible! The game had to be halted due to the volume of smoke produced! A fact UEFA must have been made aware of in at least one official match report. Bizarre.

Going by the match thread for Braga away some people had us stick on for getting pulled up this time round yet nothing mentioned. Loads of folk greeting about the away fans singing. Better not speak too soon mind just realised I wouldn't put it past Uefa using that to put us out and let Leverkusen through save them a headache
