The C.O. changed the rules half way through the season and they now look at incidents already seen and dealt with by the officials. I feel sorry for the officials as they are being undermined. I don't think we need a C.O. at all. Go back to the original rules of football: the referee's decision is final. In this case I think they are saving face as Rangers would have made a huge fuss over why Simunovic was not charged. Totally Celtic biased SFA.
