That's never a penalty. At worst obstruction and unless the rules have changed that's an indirect free kick?

Rules have changed. An indirect kick is only awarded for a backpass where the keeper handles the ball. Penalty was a stonewall.

I tend to agree, the England player had lost control of the ball IMO .

Fell asleep during the second half for England but from what I saw of the first, they completely dominated. The Czecks hardly got a touch.
