Got my first season ticket without my old man this year and I signed up to every box , the oxford friendly has been automatically processed but I have been charged £3 as a concession even though I’m an adult ticket , will this affect me on the day or is it a bug / deliberate choice by the ticket system

Won’t be a genuine concession - probably worth getting in touch with the ticket office by email or phone so you can make sure there isn’t a mistake
