So our game will definitely be 2nd January I take it?

It helps not having other games that affect the scheduling of it but it doesn't stop Sky from moving EFL from 1st to 2nd for live broadcast either

The other thing is if Sky can show any of the 2nd January EPL themselves as BT Sport have 1 midweek round exclusive where they show all 10 games if that is classed as a midweek round by the EPL

If that is the case then it Sky will mix it up with SPFL & EFL on 2nd January

I have booked cheap flights for the New Year game v them, couple of questions for folks views,

1 - Will the kick off more than likely be changed to the usual 12pm

2 - What will be the chances of the date being changed from the 2nd

Possible that because no fixtures have scheduled for that day to start?

Last season was the same all games were on Sunday 2nd January with Hibs v Hearts moved to the 3rd for Sky coverage

It think it will be rare now to see games in Scotland on NYD, might be down to a policing issue?

What's the consensus? Midday on the 2nd or moving?

I reckon it will stick with that with only other possibility being 31 Dec which is a Saturday. Police might prefer that so it's out the way.
