First I’ve ever seen this, presume it was a friendly/charity match or something?

Well doneWas a friendly vs NI. Testimonial I think?
We won 2-0 that day, Gough and Gascoigne scoring. Ferguson was behind him going mental he didn't get the ball!He tried that from open play against Celtic in one game. Unfortunately, it never went in.
For someone who wasn’t gifted with physical, athletic attributes - he could fair shift when he got going!the thing I will always remember about Gazza isn't the dribbles or shots. its was the timing of his pass when we could take a player out the game with the timing of a 5 yard pass. he just seems to be able to hold it a little bit longer to slow up the defender which gave his team mate the advantage
He was strong as an ox. People tried to trip him or grab his shirt yet on he went on his mazy runsFor someone who wasn’t gifted with physical, athletic attributes - he could fair shift when he got going!
I’d like to know more.

So much so that they’ve been trying to replicate him since. Was there not some Scottish woman on Talksport not that long ago claiming he wouldn't get in England sqaud these days. Obviously that way inclined...idiot.
Not if timmy had scored it like that , right or wrong Mr. Clancy ?Would have been booked for that in Scotland
For a short time, around Italia ‘90, he was the best player in the world.Saw a video of Gazza earlier , 19 goals in Spurs for one season, he was an absolute genius, he would have been the best in the world if he never got that injury.
Aye he’s no Jordan Henderson to be fairWas there not some Scottish woman on Talksport not that long ago claiming he wouldn't get in England sqaud these days. Obviously that way inclined...idiot.
Easily the best British talent I’ve ever seen in my 41 years. For a short time, around Italia ‘90, he was the best player in the world.
Stevie Fulton says hello.Easily the best British talent I’ve ever seen in my 41 years.
Tell him I said %^*& offStevie Fulton says hello.
That’s without doubt.Easily the best British talent I’ve ever seen in my 41 years.
He was a bit like Maradona that way, he had a unique movement running with the ball and it just worked for him. Not something any other player could replicate because they just weren’t Diego or Gazza. For someone who wasn’t gifted with physical, athletic attributes - he could fair shift when he got going!
He really was a fantastic talent.
As an aside, I didn't think a Rabona was about as long ago as that. I thought it was a more recent invention
yep, wearing a rangers top alone seems to be a bookingWould have been booked for that in Scotland
If Jack Grealish is £100m then Gazza at Spurs nowadays playing the way he was when he was there would be £250m??Glad to say I seen him play for us, nothing against modern players , but how much do you think he would be worth in to-days market?
I'm fortunate to have seen two brilliant players represent Rangers FC:Saw a video of Gazza earlier , 19 goals in Spurs for one season, he was an absolute genius, he would have been the best in the world if he never got that injury.
