Gerrard’s Record after 149 Games

Thats just the numbers.
The bigger picture is dragging the football dept into a modern condition.
His signings will provide serious value going forward.
Improving the squad and even experienced guys such as Tav.
The Europe runs are beyond what any of us could have hoped for post a man in a hedge.
Big silver prizes are going to arrive.

WE HAVE OUR SELF RESPECT BACK!

Exactly, we are lightyears ahead of where we were when he took over. Exciting times for THE PEOPLE!

Thats the kind of stats you get playing champ manager, turning the game off when you’re getting beat in big matches

It shows the value of patience. He's taken 2 seasons to build up a squad and instill a winning mentality. Remember when he came in we couldn't win more than 2 games in a row before dropping points. We could have shat it after 1 season of failure but we stuck it out and it's paying dividends. We're building an empire here and it takes time but the hard work will reap rewards for years to come.

It's astounding given the circumstances. He took over a f*cking shambles. And so many Euro games.

You don't hear much from the posters who tried to compare his record with Pedro much these days.

How are his stats sitting compared to previous managers?

I know stats aren't everything but I do like the win% comparisons.
Walter Smith (1991-1998) = 65.52%
Dick Advocaat (1998-2001) = 67.53%
Ally McCoist (2011-2014) = 72.46%
Mark Warburton (2015 - 2017) = 65.85%
Pedro Caixinha (2017 - 2017) = 53.85%
Steven Gerrard (2018 - Present) = 65.54%

McCoist and Warburton's record are skewered by the lower leagues.

Ally win % as a top flight manager is 57.77%
Warburton's is 59.37%

Totally agree, however what Ally done in 2012/13 with pretty much zero squad and resources in the third division, then going unbeaten in 2013/14 in the league one with the circus that was going on around him was pretty damn impressive!

Not too shabby for a 'Rookie' Manager.

Compare and contrast to that shambles of a 'Manager' at the piggery. They are at both ends of the spectrum in everything.
