Gerrard has worked miracles with this team taking us on an 11 game unbeaten run in Europe and getting us through to the league stages of European competition. Today Gerrard was let down big time by the players and I believe that many in this team don't have a strong enough mentality to play for Rangers. Gerrard practically stated this after the shambles of the semifinal when he stated if players can't step up in big games he'll bring players in that can. Gerrard is still the man that'll lead us to success but he'll have to be ruthless and get the players that can't handle the pressure out the club.
