Getting a flag made

Could any ffers advise on what would be the best bet to get a flag made?

Really just looking for a Union Flag with some lettering across the middle.

Is there somewhere you would buy a flag and get somewhere else to do the lettering?

And would anyone know how long it might take to get it done?

Any advice would be most appreciated!
