With Fridays game being shown on premier sports does anyone know what pubs will show the game, we would rather stay in town than get a subway to the louden .
thanks in advance

Why not give your money to a Rangers pub? Honestly, why not when a Rangers game is on?

Our game will be on all down the gallowgate, 2 pubs merchant city and 4 the length of hope street. o_O

Because my mates don’t want to get the subway to the louden they would rather watch it in a boozer in the town and if anywhere is showing it it’s very likely it will be a gers minded boozer.

You won't find a Rangers pub in the city centre.

There may be pubs where Bears gather but no Rangers pubs.

Less than 10 minutes on the underground and you're all there.

Attitudes like yours/yer mates will see The Louden etc lost and not replaced. Not a dig, just a fact.

They need the business, give them it mate.

I can see both side of the argument here. It's clearly in our interests to keep the Rangers pubs going but sometimes time constraints work against that. For those saying it is 10 minutes from St Enoch, it is not. There is the walking to the underground station, maybe a wait on a train etc so more like a 20/25 minute trip x 2 which can eat into an evening out if with other non ardent Rangers fans in town (ie wives/girlfriends/that are non st holders or just casual fans- note you should not be socialising with the enemy!)
I try to use the Louden each time I am up for a match, but wouldn't try to lecture bears on where to drink.
I was up for the game against the Tims and drank in the Louden pre-match (although mobbed) and met friends in the evening in the Horseshoe and not a mentally challenged in sight.

I think you might have a very limited choice for the Premier Sports in the town as it is costing £499 to purchase their package, Check before you at, at least it will save you travelling around the town looking for a pub showing the game.
As much as I would prefer you to go to The Louden, I appreciate sometimes it is not practical, I still don't want anyone wasting their night trying to find a pub in the City centre at the last minute.

Jackson's, which is part owned by Walter Smith, almost always shows all matches. That might help stop some of the uber-staunch giving you grief. It's also close to the subway if you want to go more central or to the West End after, or even hit up Bath St or Sauchiehall St.

Auctioneers is an old man/policeman pub, or at least used to be back in the day.

“Come on lads, let’s interrupt the bevvying on our night out to travel elsewhere to watch the football despite the fact there’s pubs here showing it, some staunch bastards on a forum told me to”
You could word it slightly differently but yes, I would speak up to prove your staunchness.

If they refuse then isn’t seriously consider looking for new pals.

+50 staunch points to everyone replying with the phrase "use them or lose them".

Indeed.

I'm all for Rangers pubs and use a few of them myself when it suits.

The use them or lose them stuff is crazy at times though. If folk aren't using them, there's a reason for it and therefore if they're lost, the people who don't use them won't be missing a thing.

Rangers should open an official club bar in the City Centre, if they are not willing to do it, then fans should.

Royalty bar on Maryhill Rd is literally 3 minutes away via subway or 5 minutes away on the bus (60, 61)

Bar drop does have premier sports. To be fair to them regardless of what some seem to say about the manager. Never a game they wouldn't show and again having known her for years. She wants rangers support in Glasgow to use the bar.

Really in the city centre we have. The Toby Jug, auctioneers, the Iron Horse and at a push the maltman. Certainly running thin on the ground.
