Glasgow tomorrow

Since yesterday, I have posted video and pictures after pictures to the Scottish Express and hey presto..its in the Scottish Express

What we ALL with social media need to do now Id say is, ask questions as to the Police and GCC and MSP's

To the Police, when will they be issuing pics to identify those that again have vandalised & caused caused damage to the Mercat Cross Building?

To GCC why do they put the Glasgow Celtic fans before the safety of Glaswegians and tourists who could not go anywhere near the merchant City& Trongate area due to the thuggish behaviour of Celtic fans.

To MSP 's such as Russell Findlay (shadow community safety & member of the Justice Committee)

Ask him to make comment on SNP run GCC allowing Celtic fans to rampage through the Merchant city/Trongate area destroying property, attacking a merchant city resident, the pro IRA graffiti on the walls of private flats, the rubbish everywhere, residents too afraid to leave their own homes

Michael Traynor should look into projection in psychology.

the cross although much better than it did look like last night is still needing a clean up. there is still a lot of glass from broken bottles and various other rubbish lying on pavements, gutters etc. bus stops, businesses targeted with spray paint and various celtc stickers. the mercait tower is now boarded up but again covered in stickers including an almost full size ange balls.

the traffic lights are now working but the road needs a good wash from all the booze spilt on it. lets put it this way, if it was a carpet it would be sticky o_O

how much has that cost the businesses in the area from haivng to shut? cost of cleaning up removing all the graffiti by them and the council. how much to clean up properly? to repair the damage? whats the unseen cost for residents seeing that, not being able to leave their houses? seeing folk pish and shit courtyatrds, lanes, in closes? the diversions for buses, taxis, cars? the diversions for ambulances? that is the main route to and from the royal infirmary? in cases where every seconds count, did anyone die because of it?

bet they ( police/council) will come out with lessons learned shite and brush it under the carpet again. then next week after they probably win the cup, it will happen all over again.

they should be kept in the east end round their stadium not allowed to take over glasgow cross for hours on end.

I think you make a good point there. Celebrate all you want, as long as you do it away from people going about their daily activities.

Every year without fail, the tabloids have articles from " concerned Glasgow business owners " regarding the Big Walk and its effect on trade and roads being closed. I've not read one similar article this year concerning the Trongate, despite businesses actually forced to shut for the day.

It’s the amount of PS a officers standing watching Bheasts on top of the listed Mercat building and they just let the bastards away with it

2 years in a row and you can bet the same scenes will happen again next Saturday night too

If I was a local resident or shop / business owner and it affected me I’d be withholding council tax / business rates as the level of disruption and chaos isn’t acceptable

PS really have allowed these bastards away with things for far too long and they can’t police them properly
