5cotland Well-Known Member Jan 25, 2018 #3 Yes. In the Fantasy PL, if a player smashes a cross into the box and its deflected in (see Sanchez v Southampton at the weekend) then they will be given a primary assist. It is the same for stat sites such as Transfermarkt & OPTA etc.
