So Ryan Kent at full flow is lesser player, I agree Hagi onit is good but there's a few there whom at their best are superior imo

Class player.

If he was one yard quicker we wouldn’t have him.

Hagi and Tillman are sometimes too quick for the players around them.
Correct! Sometimes you don't need speed to open a packed defence, but a killer pass is all it takes. Something both these lads are capable of. If only some of the others were more switched on.

Was probably trying too hard first 5 mins as he gave the ball away a few times.

After that looked good, getting about the park and wanting the ball.

Noticeably took the inswinging corners instead of Borna.

Talented player, who if he was faster would not be playing for us.

Hagi is a great player and one of our best players.

This total myth about him being slow has to stop. It was already debunked over a year ago with the sports science figures that showed him in the top third of the squad for acceleration/speed. No wonder some think he's now actually faster on return as we've come to expect Mark Yardley levels of pace given the talk from some whilst he was injured - it was never true. He's no whippet for sure but he's hardly as lacking as some would make out.

Take a second out and look at his Rangers career - he came in on loan and energized our entire season with some marvelous performances. We then signed him, based on that and strolled the league unbeaten with him making 46 appearances, equal with Tav and twice the likes of Ryan Jack.

The following season, we were unbeaten in every match he started and winning the league at a canter again till he got injured.

He's a great player and hugely under-rated by many. The fact he gets huge plaudits from large sections of the fanbase is because they know a good player when they see one.

It's fantastic to have him back and we'll be a far better team because of it.

Go Ianis!

Such an intelligent footballer. Really good to have him as an option again, another central midfielder and a goalkeeper and things are looking not too bad.

A fully fit Cantwell, Hagi, Kent and Lawrence all in the team would be a wonderful site! Imagine them supplying the Europa league form Morelos

Hagi was always a frustrating player before his injury so I’m not expecting him to be some kind of missing link for us, but he certainly strengthens us in terms of options because at his best he offers something few others at the club do.

He and Tillman together could be interesting.
