Happy birthday big man and thanks for the memories. None of us will ever forget the sheer joy of helicopter Sunday.

Meet him at a wedding many years ago. He was only too happy to have a beer with me and talk about the Rangers, made my day, actually think I was happier than the bride after that :)

Came across Alex at a hotel in Perthshire once. Apparently went there regularly when he was at Ibrox. Took his family to get a breather from the goldfish bowl. Didn't have much conversation other than brief hello hello but he seemed a total gent.

The birthday cake is changing direction. Have a good one big man.
