Has the Board decided we need rid of players before we get a new manager in?

Have we spoken to a new manager who has indicated he was interested if he could bring in a whole load of his own players and the current squad needs disassembled ? Has Murty been told we need rid of some of the foreigners before we can get a new manager in.

Let's be honest Hearts were rotten but had they not missed 2 great chances at one nil they probably would have beat us.

Even though we beat Partick Thistle there were long periods in the second half we were second best.

So picking Wilson and McCrorie ahead of Alves and possibly Cardoso ?

A team crying out for creativity, Kranjcar an unused sub against Hamilton then bombed all together for last night. Pena not in the squad for Hamilton then stuck on the bench for 90 minutes last night even though we only made 2 subs (1 enforced the other on 84 mins !)

Bringing on Hardie before Herrera, and only giving him 2 minutes against Hearts. Would he have brought him on at all last night had Morelos not been injured ?

We are certainly not playing our best starting eleven, so what is behind it ? P!ss off so many they ask to leave and we can then cut them from the wage bill ?
 
That would totally contradict what they said back in March about allowing Pedro time to work with the existing players to see who was worth keeping etc etc.
 
Sorry mate but the board are struggling massively with selecting a new manager never mind trying to pick the playing staff.

They never gave Pedro the time though, although I don't think anyone on here would disagree that he replaced Warburton's signings with upgrades (well on paper).

To be honest the new guy is already on borrowed time as he needs results and meet huge unrealistic expectations before he is even in the job.
 
what; the Board have told Murty to piss-off our foreign contingent, so they leave however who in their right mind apart from Caixinha, would make an offer for below average players.

I take Morelos out of the above.

I don't think there are any conspiracies like this OP. I think the reality is the board have made a mess of this and don't appear to have a Scooby as to what the hell they're doing.
