Why were they not made to play it this midweek?
Would appear the obvious solution. Instead they get good break to concentrate on the cup game and rest any niggling injuries. Meanwhile we face a massive away game.

Why should the game be replayed mid-week? Surely that would go against the grain as the SFA want to keep Hearts fresh and free from injury's for Saturday's 1/4 final against us:mad:

Because St Mirren are playing Motherwell on Tuesday night.

More importantly why not made to play 24hrs later...?

Simple they don't have have the same fixture/schedule issues as us

still to date the outstanding St Johnstone game and adding another game and not trying sort out quickly causes fixture congestion

If Rangers v St Johnstone had already been played then there was no requirement to play Livingston 24 hours later, remember we could have knocked it back, it seemed that Livingston were more grieved by the decision than us

St Mirren already have a game this midweek and the game was scheduled for TV, with the champions league & Europa on this week it wouldn't be able to be played this week as can't have games on live same time as the European games. The very fact we are worrying about one of the worst Hearts teams being fresh tells us how far we have gone backwards since 29th of December.

I was led to believe that we were the ones who pushed for the hasty rearrangement of the Livingston game so how we are starting threads digging up others for not doing the same is a mystery to me?
