His planted left foot is pointing the wrong way and his right leg is hyper extended way past the normal below the knee. Must just be the camera angle or something because obviously he's OK but that is a horrible picture to look at as is.

Edit Left foot obviously has a very big heel and his toes are in one of the potholes
