Good thread OP.
What insurance arrangements will we have had in place to cover the loss of Murphy etc? Should we factor this in to the salaries?
I think you should guess all the salaries too

Final first team squad at 28 players which includes Grezda.
I wonder if he might get a chance to train with the first team again seeing as no one took him.
There’s no way we’re paying off his final 3 years.
Haha, 27 (28) if you include grezdaThat’s the current amount of players I count that we have at different parts of their careers with us.
I count some of the youth players as senior as guys like Barjonas, Rudden and Mayo might be needed for European squad rules. Also included youth players on loan that have been heavily involved in first team training.
Quite a few players are out of contract at the end of this season as well so this time next season I would expect a tighter pool and we might be able to spend more on wages for even better players again.
Listed below as I see it.
If I have missed anyone let me know and I will edit

King adds quality that Doc doesn't have and is apparently a minimal outlay. The Andy king loan is bizarre and pointless for me.........we sent Docherty out on season long loan to improve he did that played extremely well in pre season but barely had a kick this season. He now finds himself totally out the picture with no prospect of getting the amount of games he needs.
Loaning king will stifle our own player

SG obviously doesnt.I think Docherty is a smashing player
I'd have King on over Docherty every day of the week.
Don't know much about King but it's obvious SG doesn't trust Docherty.I said months ago that Kelly was a far better player than Docherty and I'm positive he will replace him next year and go on to be an absolute starI'd have King on over Docherty every day of the week.

Are you suggesting we should have passed up the chance to get a guy in on the cheap who has an EPL medal?Adds quality to the bench without playing are you seriously suggesting it was a good and sensible signing ?
Easily!I'd have King on over Docherty every day of the week.
I would hope for us.I have heard the boy was a bit miffed at being left out of the overall squad at preseason and will make his mind up at the end of the seasonWith what club ?
