Lowering the pitch and taking the screens out would hopefully add a few thousand seats and wouldn't cost as much as building a 3 tier stand.
So the cheap option you’ve gone for then...?Big screens out then fill with seats, add third tiers onto Broomloan, Sandy Jardine and Copland Stands with hospitality boxes built into the middle replicating Bar72's structure and Safe Standing installed along the entire Copland Front.
Very valid point how high do people want to watch the game from,Corners first if at all possible. Not sure why everyone wants third tiers when the club deck is always the last to sell out.

Can't lower the pitch as we are pretty much in line with the water table.Lowering the pitch and taking the screens out would hopefully add a few thousand seats and wouldn't cost as much as building a 3 tier stand.
With our brand name we could attract major company’s to sponsor theses structuresHave you seen how much new stadiums cost? Now, you are talking about more tiers on an already built stand. The club deck cost £20m back in 1991!
New tiers on each stand would cost at the very minimum now about say £50-75m +
You could have them retracting during matches. That would be brilliantThose supports alone are enough for me to say no thanks, horrendous
Is Murray still in steel? With our brand name we could attract major company’s to sponsor theses structures
What's the capacity of the Club Deck?
Didn't we have to raise the pitch once before because the sun wasn't reaching the playing surface sufficiently enough to promote quality growth- and we had to re-lay the surface more often - increasing costs ? Or is this my imagination ?If we lower the pitch anymore we will be playing in Australia

Both corners would probably accommodate 4k each. Not this again.. screens out, chuck a few thousand seats in, easy... naw. Believe it or not the roof isn’t just floating on top of those 3 stands. We would have to engineer an entirely new roof structure to accommodate maybe 3000 new seats max at an absolutely monumental cost. Never going to happen.

3 new roofs, enormous foundations + supports for the broomie, govan + copland and you will get your 6 or 7k seats. Both corners would probably accommodate 4k each.
Have a look at the area in question next time you're at Ibrox. It's surprisingly large and at least 3 times larger than the bottom sections which I believe hold 1100 each.
The third tier on the Govan looks fine. Get another 7,000 on there, Club Deck style (a bit more leg room required if that happened though).
The corners with restricted view seats in a new stadium is a horrific idea. No thanks to that.
I'm not questioning costs.3 new roofs, enormous foundations + supports for the broomie, govan + copland and you will get your 6 or 7k seats.
£50m should cover it, well maybe.
No we won'tIt fûcks me off royally that the bheasts have a bigger stadium. The demand for our tickets is high already and will go astronomical when we win 55.
So the bheasts can fill a 60,000 stadium/sell ST’s but we can’t?No we won't
We could for some games but not most .So the bheasts can fill a 60,000 stadium/sell ST’s but we can’t?
