If Ange is sacked before Thursday, good or bad for us?

WOW !!! That read like you were upset at the abuse the fat aussie was getting !

What a lot of re-writing history there as well . ''Turned the tide '' ? If Gerrard hadnt walked out , 'Ange' would have been sacked a few weeks later as that mob were turning on him.

Its a travesty we let him run away with trophies as Gio beat his mob after playing 120 mins 3 days before . All you had to do was go man for man and press them . But we got spooked for some unknown reason and let them run at us and play crosses across the 6 yard box for tap ins

No it reads like facts.

We were on top when he came in and our own mismanagement, like i said in my post, allowed Postecoglu to turn things round and he ran riot up here.

Taking any comfort in him struggling at Spurs has no relevance to Rangers and doesn't make any difference to Rangers ans what he did here.

It's like laughing at a guy for stubbing his toe on the bed post after he shags your wife.

Spurs fans need a dose of realism as well tbf
They're never going to be winning things regularly and to be fair to him he's had them playing some really good stuff at times, they can go from the best team in the league to watch to an utter bomb scare game by game. Not helped by missing 3/4 of their defence mind you.

They were absolutely garbage tonight.
We've been garbage all season.

They have been garbage a lot in the best league in the world, occasionally spanking teams like Man City and Aston villa.
We have been garbage in 1 of the poorest leagues in the world, occasionally spanking teams like Ross county and Killie.
There's a huge difference.

Of course we could beat them, but people that think it'll be easy because they're struggling in the league, wow.

Spurs are more inconsistent than us. One week they look great, the next week they look horrendous. Will need to wait and see what version turns up against us.

That same team humped Man City away two weeks ago, yet last night you would think they had never seen a ball before.
Bournemouth were in about them from the get go, take note Phil.
That's it. The way we approach the game is key because they clearly have good players. Give them no time and outwork them and they lose interest.

I never said it would be easy.

I said we had a chance - a small chance maybe but a chance nonetheless

He's either too stupid or stubborn to change his ways. Same as it was up here when they'd get hammered in Europe as he tried to play the same way he did in the SPL.

At Spurs it's the same tactics every game. If the players are on it that day and the opposition leaves space at the back, they can hammer teams and look excellent. If the opposition sits in and the players are off form, it's just useless constant passing either no end result.

Biggest worry for us next week imo is lack of pace in defence, especially if Sterling isn't back. The likes of Johnson and Werner aren't great but their pace can cause major problems

The reality is that Spurs play in an elite league and are in the top 6.
We play in a poor league and are hardly pulling up any trees although our home form in winning games at least is decent.

By any measure Spurs should wipe the floor with us without breaking sweat.
Spurs however have 2 ways of playing sublime or decidedly average.
Murder Man City away and beaten by Bournemouth easily are symptomatic of Tottenham.

Let’s hope the Battle of Britain type atmosphere at Ibrox doesn’t inspire them in front of a 50k Crowd.
Remember Bournemouth with an 11k crowd is hardly inspiring.
Our best hope is if Ange decides to prioritise EPL and plays a weakened team and they are a bit tired after a battering by Chelsea and a tricky away game at Southampton to follow our game.

He doesn’t help himself with his interviews.

Likened his style to playing CM as a kid and you had all the best players and didn’t have the patience to setup formations and tactics so you just kept pressing play.

case in point
vs Chelsea
2 men down

instead of playing for the draw and taking a point, he still plays the gung ho high line defence
against 3 of the quickest players in the EPL and they ended up losing 4 goals going on 10 goals

It's not the first time he's been under pressure this season and it won't be the last. They're ridiculously bipolar and you have no idea which one will turn up. We could win 1-0 or get beat by 4 or 5 depending on that tbh

What do spurs fans really expect? An average team with an average manager

A big shiny stadium doesn't buy you success

I normally don’t give a %^*& about any other team, I don’t even dislike Aberdeen cause they are so dull I can’t get worked up about them but for some reason Spurs really annoy me. As you say what the %^*& do they expect? They are a nothing club that happens to play in a shiny stadium in a good league. Their aspirations are coming 4th each year.

I said at the time they got him, he will crack with pressure.
His teams are good going forward that’s it.
He is getting found out, unfortunately we have been poor for a while and didn’t put any pressure on them while he was in charge, well or now, but I have watched ange here in Australia and he doesn’t know how to deal with criticism
