Injury to players ?

Against Hamilton last week a a player (baldy guy) got injured and was treated on the pitch he then was allowed to stay on the pitch.

Last night Morelos and (forget the other player) were injured treated on the pitch and both were told to leave the pitch meaning that we played with nine men.

Why was this and what is the rule ?

Don't need to leave the pitch if the opposing player has been cautioned or sent off.
Last night's injuries were "self inflicted"
