What are the chances of there being a game in Belfast that day? Across on a stag do. I know there's a split but can't work out whether the league is finished or not by then. Thanks in advance

League finishes on April 27th

As you state there is a split and that happens on March 23rd with the 5 remaining games taking place in April

There is a Europa League play-off that involving teams 4th-7th

2 Semi-final - 1 leg with the winners playing a final to decide the 1 side that get the last remaining Europa League place

Last season dates were Semi-final were 9th May and the Final was 12th May

But that depends on the teams involved if any are Belfast based

Thanks, that's even more complicated than Scottish split!

The only Belfast based club currently in the play off positions is Cliftonville. Not the most welcoming of places for someone of a Rangers persuasion

Think the Irish Cup Final is scheduled for 4th May so you would miss out on that.

There is indeed. However, that's not set in stone. There can be complications to this formulae, depending on who wins the Irish Cup, and, amazingly, some teams just can't afford to be in Europe, so, can ask not to be considered. Best all round to wait to the split, then see who is in the mix. I think Dungannon said last year they wouldn't attempt to get a licence, not that it mattered in the end.

Cheers for that

Not sure about the football mate but Saturday 11th May is East Belfast Protestant Boys band parade if that would interest the stag party.

Also that weekend its usually a play off final to decide who plays in Europa league qualifiers but this game could be anywhere. usually a 2 leg game
