Is anyone not embarassed at our board asking for cv's?

Stop comparing normal business practice with football, it doesn't work like that

Rangers are not going to sift through applications from minorities or special needs hopefuls to meet a quota

They want to speak to experienced coaches only

Normal business practise is the norm for football too. It's the business side that is hiring, not the club side. I never said they would sift through all the applicants, I said they have to open up the job to all because of todays PC friendly equality, discrimination stuff. We know they wont go through all the applicants. They will see names and then decide how to carry on from there. No need to browse every CV word for word. Or they head hunt ,but still, they have to be seen as opening the job to all.
Never said they will sift through every single one.

I'm sure 'asking for CV's' was not meant to be taken literally, if it was then there would be an advertisement somewhere, which I don't believe there has been.
