I think people need to accept at this time the National side is very poor.We can not go toe to toe with many sides.
We would be far better at this stage being a defensive hard to beat side with everyone behind the ball.Its not pretty but can get results.Hopefully if they keep progressing younger players like Gilmour and McCrorie can be added to the team.

Yes we have regressed badly,we have no players that would get near the England squad,never mind the team,even Robertson's limitations have been exposed.Until we get better young players comming through we can only try and be hard to beat and hope to grab a goal from a break or set piece..

Big Eck's treatment from the media was shocking with scumbag Michael Stewart leading the campaign from day one to get him the boot. He was on Sportsound one night and he said McLeish would never be accepted by the tartan army because he had supported the No campaign during the Scottish independence referendum and because he had used EBT's. He provided this as valid reasoning for the tartan army not supporting him. This is what Eck was up against.
