The report I read doesn't give a transfer fee paid by Milan but i'm guessing its a good deal more than the £1.5m (bargain )than we paid for the big man.

It's apparently called Athletes Heart and as the heart is a muscle, it grows thicker than normal and they have a lower heart rate than us couch athletes. Since you asked.
