In the Scotsman, he says his critics have stoked a reaction from Porteous by using "inflammatory" language. This led to the red card. Another dig at Rangers fans.

Aww poor wee Ryany Wyany

If that's the case then he has a fair bit of growing up to do.

Plus if he dishes it out he's got to be able to take it back.

All part of the game.

This is exactly what Porteous needs -backed by him manager. This will real help will it not!
Surely Jack can see the boy is a liability not only too his team but a danger to opposition players? Diving in the way he does will lead to a serious injury at some stage. I would have thought a quite word with him and say nothing in public would have been the way forward.

People saying he’s a good defender, think he’s lost about 8 games against us and won 1.

If you read his quotes he's clearly speaking about particular people in the media stoking the fire. Don't be a pu$$y - name them.
He's right about the abuse - people saying they hope he dies etc. Way OTT.
The boy made a dangerous tackle, not for the first time, regardless of his 'good disciplinary record' that Ross mentions, it was ridiculous to appeal it or defend it in any way. He deserved to be criticised for it.
Jack Ross comes across as one of those parents that refuses to give their kids into trouble when they are being wee d!cks.
