Ah the mythical out favour EPL player who is attracting interest from both sides of the Old Firm. Usually only appears between the months of December and January. Seldom sighted in either jersey come February. Usually ends up at Fulham or Crystal Palace for 'football reasons'.

100k a week for a very average footballer. If he hadn't came through man utd's academy, he'd be at a Sheffield United on about 15k a week.

Man Utd's desperate need to have an academy players in their team has basically, seen him earn an absolute fortune. He'd be good for us and lower end premier league sides, but he should never be at a big club earning 100 grand a week.

Unless he was willing to take a 60-70 grand a week paycut there isn't any chance he is coming up here. I'm not even sure he is worth 30-40k a week either tbh.
 
We'd be better getting Jessie Fletcher in than that little @rsehole. Hopefully there's some truth in it and he'll end up at the scum eating up more of their 'cash reserves'.

Yep. 20 odd EPL games last season, 1 goal and 0 assists. That’s what £100k a week gets you down south. Looking at his online profile you’d think he was Messi.
Never mind us not being able to afford his wages, he’s shite.

He wouldn’t know what hit him up here. I appreciate the idea that because he’s played a few decent games for England and Man Utd that he’s piss it, but he also went virtually a season without a goal or assist and that’s utterly laughable.

How he has lasted this long at MU is one of the great footballing mysteries. He’ll fall down the leagues rapidly once they punt him

As good a player as he is that, he is also the exact opposite of the players we should be targeting, our recruitment team aint daft.

We couldn't afford his wages and frankly can't see him coming to SPL when he could easily get a game for a Leeds, West Ham etc

Also not sure he's what we need in the squad - someone like that needs to start, so who's place does he take? Kent if he gets sold maybe, but a moot point really as too expensive.
