I've said lots of times before now -
I absolutely love big Joe - & I still think he's the most skilful player in Scotland on his day
I know we don't always get the best out of him & he really should be more effective than he is a lot of the time
So I understand & share the frustration many feel about him
If he could be more consistent & play to his strengths every 90 minutes every week - he probably wouldn't be with us for long though
I also admire the humble attitude he always has when interviewed-
He seems a very stable, balanced & sensible individual
Hope he kicks on from here - because he's an incredible asset to have IMO
