Jon Flanagan : Rangers fighting spirit and character

I like him , he doesn't offer us much in the way of attacking but he is solid and uses the ball fairly well .

I think he can flourish with the likes of Jones in front of him .

Barisic has a lot to prove at this moment in time before he gets in ahead of him .

Everyone raving about Flanagan yet both goals were conceded down his side against the Danes on Thursday.

I like Flanagan but people overrate him because he likes a tackle IMO. He’s not good enough to play every week for us.

If Barisic had put the same performance in on Thursday then everyone would’ve been talking about how poor defensively he was and saying we need better.

Flanagan actually gets praise for staying back and not attacking, Barisic gets called a shitebag for the same thing.

Last year of his contract is he not? If anything else we need to extend and protect our investment. Cant knock the boy, has grabbed the chance SG gave him and has been a solid pro for us.
