I think he has links with George Taylor who also has shares in us. They were both with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong at the same time. Wolhardt is supposedly a very wealthy and well connected guy who clearly sees potential in us.

I'm a bit wary of this guy, suppose after everything that's happened the last few years.

The only thing is I'd imagine the board trust him. He's been very quiet though since he bought them.
