Lie beat Uni 2-3 at Aidrie in last night's 8pm kp. On-line tickets only was a novelty. Uni scored a peach of a curler against the run of play. Lie kept passing & pressing, Gary Carroll equalizing from close range just before HT. Home keeper had butter-fingers early on, but then pulled off a string of instinctive saves till Gary Smith popped in a couple of good headers against the well-drilled home defence. 1-3. Late on an 18yrd thunderbolt flew in off the underside of the bar. Lie retained the ball till the 96th minute to win. Most corners I've ever seen 'lie win. No hot food/pies.
