What on earth is he talking about?

Is he saying the panel are only allowed to look at what is actually shown on the day or Sportscene?

It would've been captured by more than one camera and can be slowed down if needed.

But if it is what he implies then it is more evidence of the trial by Sportscene farce.

I’m not good at the copy and paste thing, but his column is having a go at us cause we dared question the football authorities over the Flannigan elbow ban! He must have rubbed his hands at the statement we put out to feed his moron readers! I’d normally not bother mentioning this, but he’s pissed me right off! Does he ever have a go at them when they do the same?

How many times have our players been cited in comparison to theirs in recent times?

Brown and Simunovic getting away with the elbow and tackle in their home game against Hibs was also scandalous and shows the system doesn’t work

So this looks like to me he, has been talking to the corrupt rat's, that came up with this decision not too ban simunovic

“Whataboutery”. I f#cking detest that term.

When defending yourself, you have to bring up evidence from previous incidents to highlight your own innocence.

If the SFA has acted fairly in the past then we would accept Flanagan’s ban. However, they have made this mess themselves. Overturning Bachmann’s red card at Ibrox, missing various Scott Brown elbows/kicks off the ball and now Simunovic on Sunday.

Even with that one angle at full speed, Keith, you can see clearly Simunovic elbowed Defoe.

You and your so called ‘journalist’ buddies are part of the problem with Scottish Football. If you called out everything fairly and put pressure on the governing bodies we could see change for the better in Scotland and make it a footballing nation to be proud of again. But no, you won’t do that just to benefit one club, a club who have tried to cover up the biggest scandal ever seen.

Something you still won’t talk about.

Go f#ck yourself Jackson you cretinous scumbag.

This is exactly what Stuart Robertson complained about and even mentioned that fact of what is or not shown in that interview a couple of months ago.
As posters have mentioned Sky could pick up the mutants picking their nose and frothing at the mouth if they wanted to.
Keef must be trolling he can't be that thick can he?

Any other manager / club calls out refereeing and you don’t hear a peep from this pizza faced rodent.
Our players booked for an elbow to the chest, theirs isn’t for an elbow to the face, our players then re-refereed and banned (against FIFA ruling), theirs isn’t (within Fifa ruling), and we ask why and this what you get from him.
Is there any sports writer left out there that isn’t on their payroll?

That’s what happens when your on the outside looking in.Keech has become a chief hater.

Jackson and his ilk routinely expose themselves as part of this ‘conspiracy’ by failing to ever provide balance to their one sided attacks on the club.

Rangers grievance over Simunovic escaping punishment for a similar crime to the one Flanagan copped a ban for is perfectly valid and failing to even acknowledge that completely devalues anything he has to say on it.

Like Spiers, English and one or two others, Jackson is so consumed by his hatred of Rangers that he has long ceased to register as a valid voice within Scottish football journalism and he’s delusional in the extreme if he believes his whiny half baked drivel is even read by the people at the club he’s so desperate to be acknowledged by.

Can anyone find Dr Deaths statement about the Mhanks being cheated for decades?
Think it was after the Dougie Dougie witch-hunt.
They’re great at witch-hunts....when it suits them

whataboutery is a variant of the tu quoque logical fallacy that attempts to discredit an opponent's position (in our case a perfectly entitled question to the governing body) by charging us with hypocrisy, but without directly refuting or disproving our argument, which in Scotland is particularly associated with a scottish media propaganda.

Jackson is a no mark impostor of a compliant media hack. No credibility. Needs to spout spurious info to get attention and panders to the Fat Japanese. A Rangers hater and one of life's failures. Twat.

Killie keeper sent off at Ibrox - reduced to yellow
Flannigan book - changed to a red

Both fairly similar incident at the same end of the ground.

Aye he's right the para is ripping out us

Keeeeech is employee to seek newspapers

Keeeeeeeck doesn’t sell newspapers

He is detached from his own job

The full article for those interested, think he is having a go at Traynor.

WHEN Jon Flanagan appears in the SFA’s kangaroo court this afternoon he ought to do himself a favour by refusing to take any part in the proceedings.
Hold up his hands – while resisting the temptation to throw an elbow into anyone’s face – and acknowledge he is absolutely deserving of the red card ref Kevin Clancy ought to have given him during Sunday’s Old Firm derby.
Apologise for being so needlessly overly aggressive and accept his punishment. That would be the classy thing for the Rangers defender to do.
If, on the other hand, he allows those running his club to go through with their intended “vigorous defence” of his brain-farted actions during that flashpoint with Celtic skipper Scott Brown, he will succeed only in enabling them to make a further mockery of this entire farce.
Honestly, the more Rangers listen to the ranting voices inside their own heads, the less able they seem to think clearly, let alone act with the kind of dignity they once used to hold so dear.
Yes, they have every right to question the inner workings of an SFA disciplinary department that has made itself a laughing stock over the course of the season based entirely upon their own increasingly bizarre and apparently random approach to applying the laws of the game.
There’s not a club in the land who can’t see for themselves compliance officer Clare Whyte has been stinking the place out all season to such an extent her name is already being used as rhyming slang for the kind of mess she has repeatedly dragged in across the sixth floor.
But while the rest of us have watched this ongoing calamity with open mouths and occasionally winced at its most glaring inconsistencies, the apoplectic state Rangers have been busy working themselves up into has almost been equally as jaw slackening.
They are now in serious danger of making themselves look as ridiculous and detached from reality as the very organisation they are complaining so furiously about. It’s almost as if Rangers have become the new millennial Celtic – a throwback to the days when Walter Smith’s supremacy was reducing the neighbours to a paranoid wreck.
Time and time again this season they have hinted at some sort of sinister conspiracy to single out their players and drag them up to Hampden for retrospective punishment. Or like yesterday, when they asked why Celtic’s Jozo Simunovic was not also pulled up for a clash with Jermain Defoe, they have pressed that whataboutery button.
They did so without stopping to consider the Simunovic incident was captured from one angle only and shown at full speed, which makes assessing his guilt so much more difficult.
Unless, of course, they think the producers at Sky Sports are in on the conspiracy too.
The facts don’t lie. Rangers have had more than their share of involvement in video reviews over these last 10 months.
On top of the 12 red cards Steven Gerrard’s players have shared during matches, Allan McGregor and Ryan Kent were also cited after incidents caught on camera at Pittodrie and Parkhead. So that makes 14 red cards in total, with a 15th in the post for Flanagan.
So at what point does anyone inside Ibrox take a look inwardly and start to question if there might, in fact, be some sort of indiscipline problem at the heart of all this?
That’s certainly the conclusion Gerrard appeared to be reaching the other week after McGregor went all Mr Mayagi on Hibs striker Marc McNulty for no apparent reason and ended up in the stand for the final Old Firm derby of the season. No wonder Gerrard had reached the end of the road with his players. As a young, inexperienced manager he was bound to make mistakes along the way and with the benefit of hindsight he can now look back to the way in which Alfredo Morelos was mollycoddled at the start of the season as an error of judgment.
Gerrard’s patience and understanding enabled the striker’s worst excesses to boil over and over until the day Morelos landed his manager and team-mates right in the “Clare Whyte” at Celtic Park.
That the Colombian has not started another game since – coinciding with the best run of Rangers’ season – tells a story of lessons being learned. Gerrard has reached the end of his tether with Morelos and the other serial offenders inside his own dressing room.
The manager has shown he will not tolerate any more of it and has made his unhappiness a matter of public record.
It is his intention to come down like a ton of bricks on the indiscipline he himself now blames for undermining the club’s tilt at this year’s title. Lesson learned all right.
And yet, just when Gerrard is clamping down on this indiscipline, someone in the office upstairs has decided to back Flanagan with all guns blazing.
This stubborn refusal to look through the old blue mist and see Flanagan’s flying elbow for precisely what it really was – a blatant red-card offence – doesn’t just make Rangers look absurd and paranoid, it sends out a mixed message to the players inside Gerrard’s dressing room who may even start to wonder if their own manager is really calling the shots or not.
If Gerrard is true to his word he’ll have dragged Flanagan over the coals since watching the replays on Sunday afternoon. This was a blatant example of a player openly ignoring the commands and instructions of his manager, jeopardising the best interests of his team-mates while indulging his own pointy-elbowed selfishness.

Had he been dealt with properly at the time Rangers would have been reduced to 10 men and a match that was under their complete control might have raced off in any direction.
Flanagan should be fined internally for his utter stupidity and warned never to make such a boneheaded mistake again.
Instead, on the contrary, the Ibrox hierarchy seem determined to champion Flanagan’s case and use it to further some skewed agenda against the authorities.
It’s difficult to calculate which act may do most damage to Gerrard’s own credibility.
Rangers have done well to recruit a young manager of such outstanding potential.

It might be a good idea to let him call the shots from this point on.

Whataboutery - a made up word to deflect from inconstistency

I don’t care what they label it as and I’m sure the powers that be at the club feel exactly the same.

We’re not going to suddenly stop pointing out glaring inconsistencies and bias for fear of Keevins and Jackson screaming ‘whataboutery’.

If I was Keef and caring about integrity in Scottish football then I would be considering thef ollowing.

The Daily Record yesteeday published more stories than any other paper on the child abuse tragedy - seven pages in all - and yet, unlike the other papers, they did not use Celtic in a single headline. That must have been a decision taken at editorial conference level. No doubt.

Scandalous and could perhaps be added to the conversation. If those Rangers fans who still buy it needed a reason not to there it is , and right in front of them.

Credit where credit's due. That's two articles he's written now without mentioning Dave King (perhaps' he's had therapy to get our Chairman out of his head).

On this article though he is completely missing the point.

"They did so without stopping to consider the Simunovic incident was captured from one angle only and shown at full speed, which makes assessing his guilt so much more difficult. "

Is this guy for real, he really thinks they cant slow it down themselves when watching it?

Jackson is also a self-appointed Scott Brown bum-boy. As expected, not a word in the article above about how Brown dived.

The 'photo' sooo blurry and you can still see a straight, white line, that's an arm pointed directly at Jermaine Defoe's head.

If you have a twitter account you need to tell this mushroom how much of a hack he really is.

He’s embarassing himself but he’s doing what he’s now paid to do. Argue black is white. You just need to count the citations this season to show we’re being treated differently. You don’t need to see Simunovic’s assault from another angle to know it’s a red card offence.

Why though did Sky only show it once from one angle and at full speed? They were able to provide a close up of Alfredo’s red card offence on Brown showing it multiple times. Our problems with this process start with the production and editing teams of BBC and Sky.

Keech is still hurting that he’s frozen out of our club

No more exclusives for Keech which helped him climb the career ladder over the years

He’s been dumped and he’s acting like a jilted desperate ex boyfriend trying to slag off his old bird as a way to get back at her

Keech is busted flush (no pun intended re his big red face) and sucks mentally challenged dick to try and keep relevant in football circles

Flushed any scruples or morals he had down the river to get back into favour of Lieswell and he will write anything to keep it that way

I don’t buy any papers but has the red faced prick actually written anything to condemn the 40 year paedo ring at Shame FC ?

“Detachment from reality “ only exists within one bias fraternity! Keech and his ilk,are an embarrassment to humanity, shame on you, remember what goes round!!!

And there we have it. Yet the guy who appears to give blow jobs to nail bombs (if his fizzog is anything to go by) doesn't see the irony of his comments. He really is a dick.

The sooner we realise that this is just another hack following the agenda like a sheep the better.

He may well have an axe to grind with Traynor but the truth is ,the narrative has been set in Scotland and they adhere to it rigorously .

We all know what that narrative and agenda is .
