Killie boss Manager of the Month

Silly to think they would give the award to the same 2 managers each month lol. If it was based purely on how many wins each team got it would go to Rangers or Celtic almost every month. Obviously budget plays a part too and 3 wins out of 4 isn't bad going for a team like Killie.

Oh well. Really must be some manager to win that award. Think SG has won it once. Won't lose sleep over anyway.

He was a game away from the sack at the start of the season, done well to turn it around and they were 3rd a couple of weeks ago. Just lost 2 games in a row and dropped a few points behind. Got someone sent off v Motherwell and lost 2-1, the red card was then overturned. Then they got cuffed off Aberdeen at Pittodrie.

Why then, does the Rangers manager, more so, the septic manager, ever win this award?
Budgets taken into consideration?
Septic manager should never win the manager of the year?

Not following your logic? The previous 2 seasons SPFL manager of the year has went to Steve Clarke and Jack Ross so obviously budget is taken into consideration. Why wouldn't it be?

Manager and player of the months awards are a bit cringe are they not? Big deal if you have a good month, it’s the entire season that counts.
