Might be thick but at least tells it like it is and does not go out his way to stick the boot in, which feels weird discussing one of their players.

This for me as well.

I know a pundit should be seen to be fair, but you always know who they played for like shearer for example who takes great delight if Newcastle do well but not scared to criticise.

Boyd appears wary of giving us any praise.

Spot on. He always stops talking for a second or 2 to think of what he’s going to say. He’s garbage

To be honest, Commons seems to understand why he is there.
To watch a game of football and give an impartial and professional opinion about what he is witnessing.
I cannot see any problem with the guy, he does what it says on the pundit tin.

No kidding, had absolutely no clue Kris Commons was a pundit or Kris Boyd. Are both of these guys not still playing?

Here a lot of Bears moaning on Twitter about Sutton from time to time.

If I remember correctly he played for them sometime in the last 20 years. Ex player for them doesn't have a lot of positive things to say about our club who have 54 titles to its name isn't a surprise though.

I think his views are impartial and he comments honestly.
I suppose we must take on board that we have just listened to Wa*ker before Commons sums up so anyone would sound sane and impartial after listing to Wa*nkers inane assault on our lobes !

Don’t see any bitterness though it has to be said.
