Not had a pre match meal and scoops in there for years.
Is the food still as good and prices OK?
Also, is it still easy to get a taxi/mini
bus cab along to the ground from across the road?
Used to be able to do that no probs after a few in the toll bar.
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers.

We still use it regularly mate and it's as good as ever.

Excellent value and quality, plus the service is swift too.

You can get a bus across the road or grab a taxi at the unofficial rank just past the District.

It can get busy mate, so probably better to book and play safe.

Not been in years either, might book for before the braga game seeing as I have a half day.

I put the thread last week in the lounge asking what it was like, I would highly recommend it, the food was delicious, try the haggis Fritos, a couple of the Italian waitresses are gorgeous

It’s decent but not the best. If I was going for food I’d try and get in the Punjabi.

I’ve never been before a game. Went for lunch a few times when I worked at STV and the food was great. Not been for years, should really try it sometime.

Been in loads it's up and down

Properly complained once the service was so bad if it wasnt handy for the games I probably wouldnt have gone back

But had nice food and service on occasion as well

Not been in it for years, but after reading this thread I’ll be making a point of going again soon. Thanks for the reminder!

No need for the taxi. Wee 20 minute stroll to the game, walk aff yer garlic bread and spag boll. As others said the terrific restaurant.

Been going for nearly three decades; went a wee bit downhill a few years ago but they've stepped it up and it's back to its best again in my opinion. Best lasagna in Glasgow, and the whole restaurant smells amazing as well!
