I found it surprising that the La Liga guy was having a go at Man City and PSG after what Real Madrid and Barcelona have gotten away with over the years. Add in the drugs case where blood samples in near every sport in Spain were ordered to be destroyed by a judge. I think this is still being fought through the courts.
