Absolutely mental folk are suggesting Balogun would get into our team vs PSV. Do people forget how awful he was vs Malmo last year?!

He’s fine vs the dross in the league where he isn’t asked to do much, but the fact Gio rarely trusted him in important games in Europe last year is pretty telling.

Perhaps, yet he's not ready to play 90 minutes and ultimately untested in Europe. We've just played USG with one fit center half and a utility midfielder out of position

I think he’ll probably be ready to play the full 90 now on Tuesday after getting those minutes in his legs yesterday.

What would your solution to this problem have been? Resign Balogun or sign another centre half?

Do you have the same concerns about Tillman, Lawrence and Matondo being untested in Europe too?
