Don't see the hatred towards him, looks like a jealousy thing. The guy played at the very top, is very knowledgeable about the game and isn't a moron. He takes a big salary..good on him, everybody on here would take a bigger salary if offered. Don't agree with some of his politics, but when it comes to football the guy knows his stuff. Compare that to the likes of Michael Stewart that Scots have to endure.

Many an injunction has been enforced to close down stories. I knew someone who was high up in the BBC PR team who knew them all and knew all the stories. She said he is a sleaze and slime ball legend, she said one of the sleaziest guys she’s ever met and she met saville and Rolf Harris. No kiddies though. One of the stories was passing on an STD to his wife, his child lying seriously ill in hospital with his wife overnight whilst he spent the night shagging, arrogant and nasty to staff….
