After his comments regarding the penalties last week, he obviously doesn't know the rules and he should be nowhere near any panel.

If he Mcgregor won the appeal …she would open herself up to even more ridicule after Friday’s statement and the whole system would be in the dock( which it should) and her position being unecessary and her not being fit for purpose!
