Money, money, money

They are absolutely rinsing us, no matter how you try to dress it up. There shouldn’t have been empty seats the other night and the pricing has to be a big part of that. In my opinion, the lack of any gesture(even token) for those that paid for a season ticket last year to get an RTV stream they could pay £10 x 19 for is very poor. I was happy to pay and know the club desperately needed the money so not complaining retrospectively but there has to be a point when something gives.

Maybe I’m just in a bad mood with them as the 500th Rangers store email of the week came through last night as I was forlornly waiting on a Dundee ticket that never arrived!

I’ve been feeling this way for the past 6 months. I gave up my season ticket due to having a young family and it feels like I’m not the supporter the club want anymore.

definitely feels like our generosity and loyalty are being taken advantage of, add in the ridiculous quality of the merchandise and every opportunity to charge us for whatever bisgrove has thought of that week.

Ish, I agree with that when it comes to strips but the Europa league package was ripping the cnt out of people who have invested a load of money into the club with next to no return already.

People spent a year paying money to get into a stadium they couldn't actually get in, they did help when it came to covering that revenue bridge

Find the "no one forces you to pay your money" thing so disingenuous.
It’s disingenuous to go on and on about paying last season and not getting in. We paid to keep the squad together and the reward was 55.
I have to agree that there’s a lot of requests for extra cash and the EL prices were high.
It’s still our choice to make.

We're not though are we? The moment that the support, as a whole, thinks that we are being treated like that then there will be 'fan activism'. It has always been thus and thus will always be. In fact I'd liken it to the perception of, two bob cnuts that populate Scottish fitba fan groups, to our (Rangers supporters supposed arrogance ). We demand that the team is the best in the land. We don't have arrogance we have demands. There is a difference!
We are treated as customers, mate.

It seems from the number of people raising the issue of commercialisation and the number of things and price that fans are being asked to fork out for that there is an issue here. People are maybe worried about how much further it goes?

I'm ok with the ST and the Lotto for now, did away games before but not anymore. Can't manage the euro games but wouldn't have paid that price anyway. I can see the club need the money, and the directors have put their hands in their pockets as well of course.

I was season ticket, EL package, livi game, flights to france and a hotel in 30 days or less, beans on toast into October almost, i will 100 pc not be clicking cccs next season, i think i done it as more of a thanks for 55. Aswell as buy merch, my gers ect
i normally wouldn’t have bought as much.

I think not offering single match tickets, or at least the option to have 3 payments rather than all at once, to ST holders was particularly poor.

I think £25 for the Livi cup game is a step to far for a lot,if i wasnt cccs dont think id be going on weds to be honest should have been max £20 and maybe £5 for kids and fill the place a good bit get more kids in.

Same boat as the OP, In hindsight I wouldn't have ticked the CCCS box as have a young daughter and done a good amount of work to my house so savings at an all time low.

But I love Rangers so will see it through but won't be ticking the CCCS for next season
I'll have to reconsider CCCS unfortunately if we have any more Friday/Wednesday night cup games this season. Only so many times a season my work can let me away on a half day to travel up for weekday games and at the price they are charging no chance of a seatsub to at least claw some money back. That's Dunfermline & Livi I've paid for and not made
