Morelos Appeal Rejected

The process is all wrong.

The question put to the panel wasn't "was it a dive?". It was "was it a clear and obvious refereeing error?".

The fact it can only be shown from a slow motion view behind the goal that it wasn't a dive means it wasnt a clear and obvious error.

The process is a sham and is totally weighted in favour of not overturning the refs decision.

All angles and speed of video should be acceptable it proves the officials got it wrong.

The club needs to bring someone in specifically to deal with these corrupt bastards. Don’t know if it is a lawyer or just someone that it a complete bull dog and will make their life’s hell but I’m sick of them politely working with them behinds the scenes while we get continually shafted

If that's the standard, how the hell did they overturn Brown's red card (clear tackle from behind on Ross county player, in retribution, allowing him to play against us shortly after)? Regardless of any technical arguments, it's clear that there is inconsistency or else bias in how disciplinary procedures are applied in Scotland. From how they decide which incidents to cite, to what evidence is considered to the outcomes themselves. Another example being Lennon's unprecedented " 45 minutes already served" for being red carded at Ibrox a few years back...
