Venom in Spiderman (whatever one it was). Absolute travesty using him in any movie with any other villain, he could easily command a movie as a baddie on his own. Plus they got the origin completely wrong, the actor who played Venom was fucking terrible and generally wasted an opportunity for one of comic books best villains.

The least convincing Scottish villain since Willie Melvin was in Eastenders.

Not a "baddie" but Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher (especially if you've read the books ).

Read all the books and love them , reacher is 6 foot 5 and built like a tank , wee Tom is well tiny
