No surprise at the media blackout. The care homes he is involved with have killed more old yin’s than COVID but it rarely raises an eyebrow.

His bank was also raided by the FBI a few years back for breaking sanctions against North Korea and also for sending money to Russian backed insurgents in Ukraine.

The filth have some nerve questioning Dave King or Alastair Johnston when uncle fritzel was causing wars.
They have spent the last 5 years obsessively questioning Dave King while their own majority shareholder is upto his eyeballs in tax evasion and fraud.

They have spent the last 9 years questioning EBTs while totally ignoring the fact that their entire squad, manager and several board members during the MON era dodged a hell of a lot more tax than our team during the same period.

Undoubtedly the media are a huge reason for that.

And they had the only unregistered EBT. All ours were on the books. Theirs weren't.

The Celtic football and athletic club were the biggest tax cheats in Scottish football history it’s well known they used to smuggle gate money out of the country every Saturday night along with many other tax scams, if you know their history indeed.

As for their faux outrage over Dave King when he starts sending money to Kim Jong il and terrorists trying to bring down a legitimate government like Dermot Desmond then come back and lecture us about who’s a fit and proper person.

It didn't take much for him to shut up award winning  investigative reporter Mark Daly did it a couple of words from Desmond and he backed right off.
This was in 2017.
A furious Dermot Desmond had a pop at a BBC journalist investigating his tax affairs, asking: "Are you a Rangers supporter?"
The Celtic tycoon wrote to BBC investigator Mark Daly a day after the journalist had approached the Irish billionaire at Parkhead asking him to justify his private jet company’s tax arrangements.

Desmond wrote: "Are you a Rangers supporter? You ambushed me last night on the way to a Celtic game in the company of my family and friends."

A private jet company formerly owned by Celtic’s biggest shareholder, Dermot Desmond, has been accused of using an “aggressive” offshore tax avoidance scheme by a leading QC.
The Irish billionaire owned Swiss-based Execujet for eight years until he sold it in 2015.
Emails from the leaked Paradise Papers reveal Execujet asked a law firm to open an Isle of Man company in 2012 which allowed Swiss taxes to be avoided.

More than 13 million documents have been leaked from the offshore law firm Appleby.
It was revealed that a number of politicians, celebrities, corporate giants and business leaders to secretive overseas arrangements.

BBC Scotland’s investigations team, which was involved in the global media leak, uncovered that Mr Desmond’s company Execujet may have avoided up to $1.3m (£1m) in Swiss taxes over three years.
The documents revealed that Appleby staff set up a company in the Isle of Man, called ExecuJet (IOM) Limited, as its primary insured office.
This led to the avoidance of a five per cent stamp duty levy on an insurance premium and tax on a “brokerage” fee from its insurers.
The offshore structure implemented by Appleby is legal but tax expert Philip Simpson QC told the BBC it appeared to be “an aggressive avoidance arrangement”.

He said that the Isle of Man company seemed to be controlled from Switzerland, which could make it liable for taxes there.
Mr Desmond strongly denies his former company had avoided tax.
He told the BBC it was “tax and regulatory compliant in all jurisdictions it operated in”.
Questioned outside Celtic Park before last week’s Bayern Munich Champions League tie, Mr Desmond said it was “absolutely wrong” to say Execujet was a tax avoidance vehicle.
Pressed further by the BBC’s reporter, he replied: “I’m not duty bound to educate you in how we run our affairs.
“Every company in the Isle of Man is not for avoidance of tax.” He declined to give further details for reasons of confidentiality, but later wrote to the BBC .

In the letter, Mr Desmond said: “There are good operational reasons for having a presence in the Isle of Man and many international companies do so. Similarly, my aircraft arrangements and my shareholding in Rietumu are fully tax and regulatory compliant. Any allegation to the contrary is a lie.”
Execujet said: "ExecuJet, a private company, operates in many countries around the world.
"It is very important to ExecuJet that it is compliant with all tax rules globally.
"Several years ago, ExecuJet chose the Isle of Man as it is a centre for insurance and re-insurance companies providing an attractive financial and fiscal environment.

"However, for some time now, ExecuJet IOM has not been required and is therefore no longer used."

Each of the individual families who ran that dump had their own designated cash turnstile for home matches. They got away with it for decades.

This has been going for ages, the appeal is about to start. DD owns the same percentage of the bank as he does in the tarriers.
The Scottish media haven't touched this. DD makes Dave King like Mother Teresa.
Compared to Desmond I think that Dave KIng is Mother Theresa.
The Cesspit on the other side of the city doesn't just protect child abusers, it is a den of terrorism, financial iniquity as well as bigotry, sectarian employment practices and apparently according to their own literature, their fans don't wash themselves.
The Scottish press doesn't just have to be blind (look away when children are abused) and deaf (hear no songs of hate) to cover that club, they also have to either stink themselves (Spiers) or hold their fckn noses.
Surely?

It boils my pish when the tramps play the paragons of virtue card when they have an owner who was money laundering and a full club avoiding tax through a fictitious film company. We misused a legal tax avoidance scheme and won the first two trials and we were transparent from start to finish. They on the other hand used an Ebt, an illegal tax avoidance scheme and WORST of all have an owner who has been complicit in money laundering. It's not like them to be hypocrites either .

DD had close links to Charlie Haughey the former prime minister of the Republic of Ireland. He liked giving “loans” to the Haughey family which enabled them to live a lavish lifestyle beyond the salary of a civil servant.
He made his fortune in being a power broker in the privatisation of the Irish Republic's utilities and telecommunications industries. Contracts that were awarded to him by Haughey's corrupt Government.

He looks after people who help him achieve his goals. Meanwhile in Scottish football his club ............

DD and his like get carte blanche from the media in Scotland thanks to their tarrier journalists/bloggers or the fact that they've bribed/bought over the red tops too.

Compliant media is rife for one team up here, you can also add in the politicians too.

We all need to start facing cold hard facts. The Scottish media F.ucking hate us and have been trying to help kill us off for the last 8/9 years. They will run years of stories based on snippets and made up fenian lies and howling complaints of injustice. You will not find this Desmond bank story anywhere in the rhags here because it does not fit the agenda of hurting Rangers. The taigs are protected in this anti British country beyond belief now. Its sickening. If this was Dave king we would have front page news for weeks and radio stations who say we only discuss footballing matters except Rangers of course where they have free reign to kick us to death lining up all the jobless tax and employment law experts to have their say. Its clear as crystal the agenda and its getting worse. Fact.

I wonder if he worries about Celtic’s sordid past being properly investigated and adversely reflecting on his own personal imagine.

It’s a mile away from a some corporate tax avoidance....
