It would be ideal for any constituent of james kelly msp to get him involved, I'm sure he'd love to to put the boot into useless in a case as controversially high profile as this.

This needs to be pursued. It wasn't just effigies of rival supporters.... it was also effegies of Protestants... FFS that is sectarian in was intended to incite hatred against our religion.

This needs to be focused on.

Not one fucking response. A lifelong Tory it disgusts me how little the opposition do in this backwater to highlight the overt corruption and bhigoted bias. Judicially, politically, physically - we will never move away from the abject toxicity we are held - if we don't fight back now.

The evidence was digital video. This means it is data. This means it would be getting backed up or duplicated somewhere and so one would hope could be restored if accidentally deleted. This is why there needs to be a public enquiry

That's his job in opposition. But how many times do we see no one supporting us in politics. In the current climate we should be grateful regardless of political party. It would be good to see Humza Useless nailed for this regardless of how. Albeit I would rather the criminals were successfully prosecuted

It’s not like it’s a set of keys or a wallet that you take about with you and could be any number of places.

I don’t know what the evidence is, the sex doll? CCTV? Witness statement? Either way you’d expect it to be in an evidence room or on computer. It’s not lost, ‘misplaced’ by someone and that someone should be fired.

Well done for taking the time to write but you are just saying what I said in the original post which I posted and the subsequent posts when I've been trying my best to keep this on the first page. Hammer time also had a thread asking posters to contact their MSP's and get them to get involved and ask questions of the Justice Minister on their behalf.

It is great that so many including yourself have taken up the request to get involved that myself and hammer time posted and hopefully, many more will still take the time out to do what you have or even to contact the Solicitor General or Lord Advocate with their thoughts and concerns on this whole sordid matter.

I know she’s been on maternity leave but even before that, she has been massively disappointing at holding these scumbags to account. I had high hopes she would rag doll that horrible cow but it never came to pass.

Id say there are 2 ways to approach this

You make the rat work on behalf of us and tell him exactly why you expect him to do that and the points you expect him to make;

1. If the SNP are serious about sectarianism and football then, Rangers fans just like every other citizen of this country should have confidence in the justice system in Scotland. This is impossible for Rangers fans due to the behaviour of Glasgow PF as they always appear to have issues when prosecuting cases involving hate crimes against Rangers football club and their supporter's.

2. In the first diet of this effigy hate crime case the presiding Sheriff Alan Findlay hit out at Glasgow PF for failure to give full and proper disclosure to defence lawyers which you would think would be a wake up that they had to be careful in their handling of this case before they went before the court again.

3. It is therefore unbelievable that Glasgow PF office after already been warned about their behaviour has now "lost evidence"!

4. This matter needs a full investigation and the Justice minister needs to make a statement on why such an important case has been so badly handled. This is an urgent matter and especially so when only recently the SNP made a statement on sectarianism and football and trying to eradicate hate crimes in the game but Glasgow PF office has failed to properly prosecute a disturbing anti-Protestant hate crime sectarianism case giving the message that hate- crime against Protestants isn't worthy of full and proper handling by the procurator fiscal.

Are there grounds for Rangers fans taking their club to court for allowing them to be hung in the first place and also leaving them hanging for the duration of the match..
 
I’ve written to my MSP however I also attached an image of the two effigies hanging from the stand roof at the Chamber of Secrets. In the image you can clearly see a Rangers scarf and an OO Sash. I would hope this should highlight the seriousness of my complaint due to the sectarian hatred on display!!!

If the reply is not to my satisfaction I will be sending images from this thread of the Bold Useless in his Savile FC kit!!! Conflict of interest for the Justice Secretary?!?!?!

Thanks MM. just I am late to the party and wanted to know if it was electronically stored ehich it obviously was. In that case the evidence has not actually been lost. It has been deliberately or accidentally stop laughing deleted.
Nothing electronic can be lost nothing unless specialist were used to make sure it was not recoverable. So it is still out there we just need to force the will to recover it and that in itself will highlight who removed it. Thanks for the info mate.

When sending an email/letter to your MSP, you must enclose your name,address and postcode otherwise it will be disregarded. Your MSP can only deal with those in his/her constituency.

The evidence if if a digital nature would have been stored in various places surely.
 
Can someone in Scotland not download the film,take it to a Lawyer or Notary to have the evidence Certified as a true copy then send it to the Fiscal's office,registered and tell him that this is a replacement for the evidence "lost".

Wontoofree, I provided a link in my next post for Bears to find their individual MSP. Using the link I searched for my MSP's contact page where I sent her an email. I filled out a form with my name and address and then copied and pasted the text into the appropriate box. It really took me less than 5 minutes.

Well said MM, same as myself and hopefully thousands of others. Dark forces definitely at work here, no way could this evidence be lost. Still had no replies, so will take the advice on here and bypass the msp's contacted so far.

There should be no Holyrood.

Absolute fuucking disgrace that we have this diddy parliament and people like Humza are merely an example of why Scotland should not have and does not need this absolute waste of resources.
